Guarantee conditions

1MEISTER WARRANTY CONDITIONS

1. Scope of the guarantee

1MEISTER provides a 12-month warranty on all repaired equipment and spare parts installed, except for work carried out under special conditions (see section 4).

  • The guarantee applies to:
    A repair or replacement part will cease to function under normal use.
  • The same problem occurs again during the warranty period.

Warranty work will be carried out free of charge if the fault is covered by the terms of the warranty.


2. The guarantee does not cover
  • The guarantee does not apply if:
    The appliance has been damaged or misused (including incorrect installation) after repair.
  • The problem is caused by a fault in the water, electricity or sewerage system (e.g. low/high voltage, blocked drain).
  • The machine has been damaged by water, fire or other external damage (e.g. mechanical damage).
  • The device has been opened or repaired without our permission.
  • Work installed by the customer or carried out by third parties causes a new failure.

If the technician determines that the fault is not related to a previous repair, the normal diagnostic fee will apply.


3. The guarantee claim process

If a problem arises that should be covered by the warranty:

  1. Contact us - call +372 5392 6675 or write to  info@1meister.ee.
  2. Describe the problem - what the device does or does not do, whether an error code is displayed, etc.
  3. We'll do an initial assessment - if the problem is under warranty, we'll arrange another visit.
  4. If the fault is not related to a previous repair, the normal call-out and diagnostic charges apply.

4. Work carried out under special conditions (work without guarantee)

There are certain cases where the guarantee does not apply, even if the work has been done by us:

  • Temporary fixes - where the customer wants a temporary solution but is aware that it may not be permanent.
  • Repairing a very old device - if the device is very old and spare parts are limited, the repair may be risky and we cannot provide a guarantee.
  • Used spare parts installed at the customer's request.

In such cases, we will inform the client before the work is done and give them the opportunity to make a decision.


5. Additional conditions
  • The warranty only covers the repaired part and the work, not the whole appliance.
  • Warranty work is free of charge, but if the technician determines that the problem is not related to a previous repair, the standard call-out and diagnostic fee applies.
  • If the customer is not satisfied with the repair work, he/she is obliged to report it within 7 days after the work is completed.
  • 1MEISTER shall not be liable for any loss of data, consequential loss or potential economic loss which may arise as a result of equipment failure.

6. Dispute settlement
  • 1MEISTER operates in accordance with the Estonian Consumer Protection Act and the Law of Obligations Act.
  • If a customer has a dispute about a warranty, we will try to resolve it through negotiation.
  • If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
  • The customer has the right to refer the matter to the Consumer and Technical Regulatory Authority or to a court.
