With the co-financing of the European Union, we are developing the 1meister workshop

1meister is improving its workshop's workflow and working environment to make repair work more efficient, safer, and better organized. The project is co-financed by the European Union.

Project objective

The main goal of the project is to implement 5S principles in the workshop, which will help create an organized and systematic work environment. It is important that tools, spare parts, and other necessary materials are clearly organized and quickly found.

A well-organized work environment helps reduce the time spent searching for tools and spare parts, improves space utilization, and makes daily work processes smoother. Well-thought-out work organization also helps reduce the risk of errors and supports improvements in occupational safety and service quality.

Developments carried out within the project

During the project, a workshop workbench, a warehouse shelving system with sorting boxes and shelf dividers, transport equipment required for moving appliances and home electronics, and digital work tools have been acquired.

The new workbench supports better organization of work processes and allows tools to be kept handy and systematically. The shelving system with sorting boxes helps organize the storage of spare parts and smaller components so that the necessary items can be found more quickly.

Transport vehicles make it easier to move household appliances and other equipment and help make their handling more convenient and safer. Digital tools support the use of work-related information and the organization of work processes.

Expected results

As a result of the project, we aim to achieve a better-organized work environment where every tool and spare part has its designated place. The new solutions will help reduce unnecessary time loss, improve the utilization of workshop space, and make repair work more efficient.

The implementation of the project supports the consistent development of the 1meister workshop, the improvement of occupational safety, and the provision of high-quality repair services to customers.

The reorganization of the workshop and the introduction of new solutions will take place according to the needs of the workshop, based on the 5S principles.
